Project – Install Air Conditioning unit to large kitchen/diner to a residential property.

Description – This customer has previously used WM for his veterinary business. He was so impressed he asked us to install a unit in his large kitchen/diner.

He mainly wanted the unit installed due to the room getting really warm in the summer months, due to the south facing large windows.

The customer requested we install Mitsubishi Electric 7Kw wall mounted unit, which we were happy to agree with. This would then provide enough cooling for the large room in the hotter months but also could be an alternative to heating the room in the colder months.

The condenser was placed in a small alcove at the side of the property and that allowed us to place the trucking hiding the pipework alongside the guttering making the install look as neat and tidy as possible.
