"WM have been looking after our Dehumidifier, Air-conditioning and Air Source Heatpump for many years. On the Sunday before Christmas our 10 year old Air Source Heat Pump developed a fault leaving us without central heating and hot water. A call to WM’s help line meant that we had Louis, one of their technicians, with us within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The following week, as soon as the parts arrived, Phil came to our property and fitted the new motor. However, it turned out that there was also a problem with the PCB Board. Phil ordered the new parts but went the extra mile and removed the board and did a temporary repair. This allowed us to have our central heating and hot water restored in time for Christmas.

WM have always done a great job with our regular maintenance contract work; however, when we really needed their help with a wear-and-tear emergency repair they really stepped up. WM were very responsive and demonstrated depth of knowledge and professionalism. We’d heartily recommend WM Air Conditioning."
