Lossnay Mechanical Ventilation

Clean, healthy air is essential to our health and wellbeing, and Mitsubishi's Lossnay Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery provides this. Launched in 2021, it has been designed for the UK housing market to provide energy-efficient, quiet ventilation suitable for modern homes with double glazing and good insulation.

The Lossnay range removes stale air from bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, utility rooms, and anywhere else where pollution from humidity, chemicals and fumes could be problematic. The stale air is replaced with fresh air from outside, which has passed through filters. Heat is recovered from the extracted air and transferred to the fresh air, maintaining the indoor temperature with minimal loss of energy.

Mitsubishi's Lossnay Ventilation has an optional nitrogen oxide filter, and excellent filtration of particulate matter. There is also a unique third filter pocket which further filters nitrogen oxide emissions. This means that even in badly polluted environments you can breathe clean, fresh air. The inbuilt filter is easily accessed for routine maintenance.

The Climaveneta Wizard Air Handling Units use Mr Slim Power heat pump technology, efficient thermal wheel heat recovery, and integrated controls. These all contribute to a system which is advanced, flexible and efficient. It gives a constant supply of healthy air at ultra-low noise levels, especially suitable for use in apartments and in residential homes.

Cloud control means owners can easily supervise all systems connected to the cloud. Remote control and monitoring lets you know their current status wherever you are, reducing downtime. The built in LCD controller has a clear display including normal, boost, and purge modes, with up to four speed settings available.

Another energy-saving feature is the automatic summer bypass function, which uses a temperature sensor to cut out the heat recovery when bringing in fresh air from outside on warm days. If your home has become hot during a summer day, this will cool it down and ensure a comfortable temperature at all times.

There is also a commercial version of Mitsubishi's Lossnay Mechanical Ventilation which works the same way, extracting stale air from business premises. All recover heating and cooling energy to ensure that incoming fresh air is delivered at the best temperature with maximum energy savings.
